These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the mgbd online platform, including all betting, casino, instant games, sports analysis, and account management services available at mgbd.io. These Terms apply to all registered players and to any person who accesses any publicly available portion of the platform.

By registering an account on mgbd, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the services provided on the platform, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the mgbd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and mgbd.

Access to and use of the mgbd platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. mgbd enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all products and services. Individuals under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any real-money activity on the platform.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to guardianship orders are not eligible to hold an mgbd account.
• Single account: You must not already hold a registered mgbd account. Each individual is entitled to hold exactly one account. Operating multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously requested self-exclusion from the mgbd platform. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion request by registering a new account is a serious violation of these Terms.
• Sound judgment: You must not be under the influence of alcohol or any substance that impairs your judgment at the time of making deposits, placing bets, or operating your account.

mgbd reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility criteria cannot be satisfactorily demonstrated.

To access real-money betting and casino services on mgbd, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.

Accuracy of information: You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is true and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.

Account credentials: You are responsible for selecting a strong, unique password for your mgbd account and for keeping that password strictly confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. mgbd staff will never ask you for your password. Any communication claiming to be from mgbd and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.

Notification of compromise: You must notify mgbd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that any other security breach has occurred in connection with your account.

mgbd is committed to operating a safe and transparent platform. As part of this commitment, all players are required to complete an identity verification process ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) before withdrawals are processed and, in certain circumstances, before higher deposit limits are unlocked.

The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the past three months confirming your residential address.
• Payment method verification: Evidence that the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bKash account, Nagad account) is registered in your own name.
• Source of funds: In cases where mgbd's compliance procedures require it, documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds deposited to the platform.

mgbd reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, restrict account activity, or close an account if KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe following a request. Incomplete or fraudulent KYC submissions will result in immediate account termination.

All financial transactions on the mgbd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). mgbd supports the following payment methods for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Processing time: Mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your mgbd wallet within 60 seconds of a successful transfer confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the originating bank.
• Own funds only: You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using payment methods not registered in your own name is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• No credit facilities: mgbd does not offer credit or allow players to bet with borrowed funds. All bets must be placed using funds already credited to your mgbd wallet.
• Deposit limits: mgbd reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on accounts as part of its responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering procedures. Players may also voluntarily set deposit limits through their account settings.
• Declined deposits: mgbd is not responsible for fees, charges, or delays imposed by your payment provider. If a deposit is declined by your payment provider, you should contact that provider directly.

Withdrawal requests on mgbd are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. mgbd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used for deposits on the same account.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high platform volume or where additional verification is required.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Real-money deposits (excluding bonus funds) may be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal amount and KYC status.
• Withdrawal verification: mgbd reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Suspended accounts: Withdrawal requests submitted by accounts under investigation or subject to a suspension order will be held pending the outcome of that investigation.

mgbd offers a range of promotional bonuses, including but not limited to the welcome bonus of up to ৳25,000 for new players, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification. Bonuses available exclusively to new players cannot be claimed by existing account holders registering a second account.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The exact wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's specific terms.
• Minimum odds: Where a bonus applies to sports betting, qualifying bets must typically be placed at minimum odds as specified in the bonus terms. Bets placed at shorter odds do not contribute to the wagering requirement.
• Expiry: All bonuses and associated wagering requirements are subject to an expiry period as stated in the bonus terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met before the expiry date.
• Bonus abuse: Any player found to be exploiting promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to convert bonus funds, or any other method that mgbd determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion — will have their bonus cancelled, and may have their account suspended.
• Modification and withdrawal: mgbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus in good faith before such modification will not be retrospectively affected.

The following general rules apply to all sports and event betting on the mgbd platform. Sport-specific rules are published in the relevant sections of the platform and are updated in line with the rules of the governing bodies for each sport.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation notification from mgbd. mgbd reserves the right to decline or void any bet placed at prices that were posted in error.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed at the time of bet placement and vary by market, event, and account tier.
• Palpable errors: mgbd reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly and manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error ("palpable error"), regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Abandoned events: In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport. In most cases, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned.
• Live betting: In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and delay to account for real-time data transmission. mgbd accepts no responsibility for bets placed on the basis of information received with a delay relative to live play.
• Result disputes: In the event of a dispute over the result of a sporting event, mgbd's decision — based on the official result published by the relevant governing body — is final.

All casino and instant games on the mgbd platform are provided by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Spribe, and Red Tiger. The rules of each individual game are governed by the rules published by that game's provider and are accessible within the game interface.

Random Number Generation: All casino games that use random outcomes are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG outcomes are independently audited by the relevant game provider's certification body. mgbd does not interfere with game outcomes.

Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server disconnections, display errors, or software faults — the affected game round will be resolved on the basis of the server-side game log, which is the authoritative record of all game activity. If a round cannot be resolved from the server-side log, stakes for that round will be returned to the player's wallet.

Maximum winnings: Certain games and promotions are subject to a maximum single-win cap or a maximum cashout limit. Where applicable, these limits are stated in the game rules or promotion terms. Winnings above the applicable limit will be reduced to the stated maximum.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mgbd platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed and any funds held in the account may be forfeited:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or account management process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform in a way not intended for human users.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or tournament product.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any player who identifies a bug must report it to [email protected] immediately and must not attempt to exploit it.
• Systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner contrary to the spirit of those offers, including but not limited to matched betting strategies applied to bonus funds.
• Using the mgbd platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial purpose.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your mgbd account on your behalf.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward mgbd staff or other players through any communication channel.

mgbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to:

• Suspected identity fraud or misrepresentation during registration or KYC.
• Failure to complete KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 10.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormant account procedures.

Where an account is closed as a result of a player's own request (and not as a result of a Terms violation), any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon account closure.

Where an account is closed as a result of a confirmed breach of these Terms, mgbd reserves the right to retain the account balance as compensation for losses, administrative costs, and damages associated with the breach.

mgbd is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides the following tools to assist players in managing their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased within 24 hours.
• Session time limits: Players may configure session duration alerts or mandatory session breaks within their account settings.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks during which their account will be suspended from real-money activity.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their life may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

All content on the mgbd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and compilations of data — is the property of mgbd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the mgbd platform for your own personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without mgbd's express prior written consent.

The mgbd brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of mgbd. Any unauthorised use of these marks — including in advertising, promotional materials, or any public communication — is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mgbd's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mgbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

mgbd does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption or error. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mgbd makes no representations regarding the availability, reliability, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms limits mgbd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation is not permitted by law.

mgbd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at mgbd.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

mgbd collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and communication with players. mgbd does not sell personal data to third parties and does not use personal data for purposes unrelated to the operation of the platform.

All personal and financial data transmitted between your device and the mgbd platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. mgbd implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

mgbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations in a significant way — mgbd will provide advance notice of the changes by posting a notification on the platform or by sending a communication to the email address or contact method associated with your account.

Your continued use of the mgbd platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

The current version of the Terms is always accessible on this page at mgbd.io/terms-conditions. The effective date shown at the top of this document reflects when the current version came into force.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online entertainment platforms serving the Bangladesh market. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes about their formation, interpretation, breach, or termination — shall first be referred to mgbd's customer support team for resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of being formally raised with [email protected], both parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration conducted in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
